Returns & Refund Policy

(200601004966) is the owner and operator of  (hereinafter referred to as “Website”).  By ordering products on this Website, you agree to be bound by this Returns & Exchange Policy.  Please read this Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before ordering products from this Website.  If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not purchase from this Website.

Your contracting party for this Website is Giga Sports Sdn. Bhd. (200601004966) (“GS”; also referred to herein as “we” and “our”). We are the distributor of MBT, Birkenstock and Cole Haan, we use this Website to market, sell and process the online order of products to consumers in Malaysia.)

1.0 Our Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Regular priced items purchased from our online store ( are exchangeable within 14 days of order receipt.
  • Item(s) returned must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all original tags attached to the merchandise, and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.
  • Any shoes returned must be returned in their original box.
  • Head guard and groin guard are not exchangeable, returnable and refundable.
  • STRICTLY NO exchange and refund for item(s) sold during Flash Sale, Promotion, Mark Down and Stock Clearance.
  • If the item(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount that you have paid. Shipping & handling fees that were paid during initial order is not eligible for any refund.
  • Giga Sports Sdn. Bhd. (200601004966) reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the product(s) does not meet the Returns & Exchange Policy requirements above.
  • Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.
  • If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange to any other item, subject to stock availability. If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess; in other cases, if the price of the item you wish to exchange is lower than the price of the returned item, NO cash refund policy shall apply.

2.0 Damaged & Defective Product

All returned item(s) will be inspected by our quality assurance unit.  If the defective item(s) is / are deemed as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products:

2.1. Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, and etc.)

2.2. Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (ie: use of running shoes for court sports or hiking footwear as work boots, and etc.)

4.0 Refunds

We process your refund as soon as we received your request.  Depending on the financial institution processing the credit, we are unable to determine the exact days on the completion of refund that will reflect in the statement.  Usually, it will take up to 14 business days.  If you have not received the refund within 21 days, please contact our Customer Care to assist you on the status.

We will refund the full purchased price of the relevant product(s) returned to us in good condition excluding shipping and handling fees.  All refunds will only be given in the same form as the payment on the original purchase.
