Shipping Policy

We can only send orders to street address in Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address. 

At the time of delivery, you are required to validate the delivery of the products by signing-off with the delivery personnel. You agree to inspect the packing of the parcel and to ensure the seal is not damaged or opened before you sign for received products. Please check the content of the parcel if you found the seal is broken and you may refuse to sign for received products.

If you are not at home to receive your shipment, please log in to your user account or the carrier website to track the status of your shipment. Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after few attempts, or you do not pick up your order at any nearby location as stated by the carrier, the order may be disposed after the stipulated time given. Therefore, we will not refund you any amount that you had spent on your order.

We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at this moment.

We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES

FREE Shipping On Orders RM200 and above

  • Free shipping is applied automatically during checkout for all qualifying orders.
  • To receive free shipping, just place an order worth over RM200 to qualify for free shipping.
  • Applicable for orders for deliveries within Malaysia.

For any orders placed RM200 and below: 

We will charge shipping fee:

  • RM9: for orders shipped within Peninsula Malaysia
  • RM15: for orders shipped to Sabah / Sarawak

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 3 business days if they are placed before 12noon, Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery lead times are as follows: 

  • 2 - 5 working days: Peninsular Malaysia
  • 7 - 10 working days: Sabah / Sarawak

During peak sale / promotional periods, our delivery may take slightly longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.

  • Additional 4 - 7 working days for your order to arrive: Peninsular Malaysia
  • Additional 10 - 14 working days for your order to arrive: Sabah / Sarawak

1.0 ORDER

1.1 How do I know my order is received?

An order confirmation is sent to you via email.

1.2 How do I know my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been processed, shipping information with tracking number will be sent to you via email.  You may also login to check order status.

1.3 Can I change my order after it has been processed?

If your order has not been processed, we can cancel the order upon your request.  Once the order has been processed, you may request the order to be cancelled.  Please write to us using the contact form.

1.4 What is the lead time for order processing?

Orders received after 12pm will be processed in the next business day.

1.5 What should I do with incorrect or defective product received?

Please write to us via contact form. 

1.6 Wrong pricing or ZERO ringgit value?

STARTHREESIXTY reserved the rights to reject purchase order for item/s that is listed with wrong price or ZERO dollar in value. Any merchandise that were placed with wrong price or ZERO dollar value on STARTHREESIXTY.com will automatically be cancelled. Delivery charges made other than the zero dollar value will be refunded. 

 

2.0 DELIVERY

2.1 Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not been shipped, we may attempt to change it for you.  If the order has been shipped, it will be returned to our warehouse if it is not received.

2.2 Can the order be delivered outside Malaysia?

All the orders placed in starthreesixtymy website will be delivered within Malaysia only.

2.3 What should I do if there is no one around to receive the parcel?

Our courier will arrange for re-delivery.

2.4 Can I ask the courier to leave the parcel at the gate or door without anyone receiving?

Only signed proof of delivery is considered completed and successful delivery.  It is important you check and receive the order in good condition.

2.5 What if I miss the re-delivery the second (2nd) time?

The parcel will be returned to our warehouse for refund, courier fee will be borne by customer.
